    I would say that Water Zumba would probably be too much for you... I am afraid to try it due to the arthritis in my joints & my knee issues and I teach 17 hours of water aerobics a week. The Water Power Yoga would be good. If you can get just some simple shallow end water aerobics OR deep water aerobics (which is almost a double caloric burn) would be good. The deep water is BEST if you can do it because there is NO impact on your joints. It is highly recommended for folks with back surgeries & with hip and/or knee replacements. Hope this helps.
