Want to feel great when I'm 98!

My Goals:
Heal my relationship with food. Train my mind to ignore sabotaging thoughts. Find exercise that I love and look forward to each day. Make permanent lifestyle changes that keep me happy healthy and whole. Become a great role model for my patients.
My Program:
I am following the Beck Diet Solution with the 3 Hour Diet. I eat every 3 hours (incr. metabolism) approx. 1450 calories per day. Meals have 3-4 oz protein, 1 cup of vegetables, 1/2 cup of starchy carbs and 1-2 tsp of healthy fat. Snacks are 100-200 balanced calories. There is a 50 calorie treat at night - small amount of dark chocolate with hot herbal tea. I write down everything I put in my mouth. And exercise 4-7 days a week.
