I have returned after being away for quite a while. During that time I went through cancer once again (makes 3 times for me). I am hoping that this was the final time. My desire (and now need), to lose weight has never been greater. Basically I am just sick and tired of being sick and tired! :-)

1) To be able to walk without pain in my back or knees.

2) To have a healthy BMI number.

3) To increase my overall health.

4) To increase my energy.

5) To lose 75 - 90 lbs.

My Program:
Diet ~
This time around I have decided to go to Jenny Craig. So far it is working out really well for me. I am at the point right now where I do half Jenny food and half of my own.

Exercise ~
I just finished my last chemo treatment on 3/18/14 and am still feeling tired a lot of the time. I have decided to start walking on 3/31/14. Just 10 minutes a day at first, then gradually increasing each week.
