Weigh to Wellness

Slowly but surely, I'm on my way to wellness. I'm gearing up to slim down, and I'm doing it with a combination of exercise (especially weight training) and improving my food choices and portions.

I'm revisiting Dr. Mark Hyman's book, "The Blood Sugar Solution," as my primary guide for reducing chronic inflammation and improving overall health. The focus is on whole foods, increased vegetable and fruit intake, organic where possible and non-GMO, limited flours and sugars.

Thanks for stopping by my page, I appreciate the input. Today was rough beyond just the health stuff just too much going on. I'll have to try the breakfast idea, that sounds real good. Probably try with some turkey sausage. emoticon
