My Goals:
My goal is to lose a total of 10lbs. I decided to start blogging because I feel this will help me keep track of what I eating.

I would like to get back to the weight I've always been which is 120lbs. I need to lose about 30lbs.
I need help and support from other who are trying to lose weight.

My Program:
I’ve been on way too many programs, all in the low carb lifestyles.


Exercise goal: 45 minutes of cardio 6-7 days

3 days of resistance training

Great to see you on the HCG SUPPORT GROUP Team. I got my supplies from Tim at www.hcgprotocol.com He released 75# and has kept it off for over a year. I'm be back on Round 4 in April.

Thanks for your question. In Pounds and Inches it explains that there will be fatigue in exercise due to the mobilization of abnormal fat stores interspaced in the muscle. This takes time to "rearrange" itself but will do so, and muscle strength will return, when Hcg is stopped. I have experienced that myself. As for the lean body mass test, if you used the hand held machine it can give you a good indication, and I have used it as well, but it is not a true test of lean body mass vs body fat. I believe (and I could be wrong) that the immersion test is the only truly accurate measure of lean body mass vs body fat. How you feel about the program and how you proceed from here needs to be your decision. It seems that you are rather fit to begin with whereas many of the rest of us had/have more excess weight. For me, the benefits of Hcg outweigh the "risk". When I get closer to a "normal" BMI for my height and frame I can then focus on building more muscle and toning. When it comes to Hcg, I am a lay person doing the only thing that has worked for me to lose weight in more than 10 years of dieting and exercise. It has eradicted my sugar/starch cravings if nothing else. Whether or not you continue is up to you and I wish you the best of luck.
