I am a mom of 3 wild boys, a wife to a supportive husband, the bread winner of my family. We all know sometimes us women spend so much time taking care of everyone and everything else ....we forget ourself. And that is what I've done ....I've let myself go. 285 lbs boy have I.

So here I go again, with the help of my husband, on a new journey to lose this rock of weight that has been holding me back. I look forward to gaining confidence, becoming more active, loving my self more ...

My Program:
I'm starting off doing basically the low carb diet....but knowing that diet isnt one for a lifetime....I will eventually change it

SCRATCH THAT WENT TO THE DOCTOR THINGs GOT SO BAD. I FELT HOPELESS. She put me on bontril and topamax. It was awful at first but I quit binge eating. I am off bontril and that got me to finally get help for what has caused me to get FAT in the first place. Depression anxiety stress.... I GOT HELP.

AND NO MORE LOSE WEIGHT QUICK SCEMES. .... I'VE JOINED WEIGHT WATCHERS

These pictures were taken in my late 70's so are not new. I have some newer ones on f/b. People say I look the same.

You are not alone on this journey. We do not stand in front or behind but beside each other. You can do this. Don't get down if you make a mistake but get back up and do it again and again until you get it right. It will happen. Maybe not today or even tomorrow but you will do it if you believe in yourself. Find that strength deep inside and bring it out. Don't jump into a decision to quit and then regret it. Even a small victory is a step ahead.
