I'm in the process of finishing a major project (me) that I started several years ago. It involved joining Weight Watchers and dropping 100lbs. Having done that and plateaued (actually - got cocky and started to slide upwards ever-so-slightly), I decided that it was time to finish my project once and for all.

I've attained a lifestyle that's far and away more healthy than anything I've ever experienced. I've got a handful of 5K runs under my belt, two 10Ks and I now have my sights ...

~ ** Run the Sporting Life 10km in May 2010 - DONE in 1 hr. 24 minutes! :-)

We're totally hardcore! *fist bump*

I think I ran by two other runners last night and that's it. It was seriously a crazy night to run, apparently this wind is supposed to keep up and then RAIN! Ugh!

We should go for a run sometime before Sporting Life together!

HA! Yes, pitted dates and peanut butter are AMAZING. Just pay no attention to the cals and you'll be all set! :)

Personally, I like the chunky peanut butter. Just a tip. :)
