I'm in the process of finishing a major project (me) that I started several years ago. It involved joining Weight Watchers and dropping 100lbs. Having done that and plateaued (actually - got cocky and started to slide upwards ever-so-slightly), I decided that it was time to finish my project once and for all.

I've attained a lifestyle that's far and away more healthy than anything I've ever experienced. I've got a handful of 5K runs under my belt, two 10Ks and I now have my sights ...

I don't remember the exact name but the Running Room equivalent is literally called "The Stick". It's just a, well, long thing with either giant beads (the RR version) or pads (my version) and you roll it up and down your muscles to release the tension or get to trigger points.
