I'm in the process of finishing a major project (me) that I started several years ago. It involved joining Weight Watchers and dropping 100lbs. Having done that and plateaud (actually - got cocky and started to slide upwards ever-so-slightly), I decided that it was time to finish my project once and for all. As of Jan. 1 of 2008, I've been on plan and have dropped a total of 14lbs and 9.5 inches. It's slow, but it's steady :D That's me and why I'm here, in a nutshell.
