Remember to track everything you take into your body. Read a lot of the articles. Read others comments. Answer questions. Post a lot of comments. Sign up for goals. That helps me above all else I think 'cause it keeps me accountable. For instance I signed up for 30 min. of exercise every day. I didn't want to but I am doing it. & you know what? It's not that bad. I just do moderate on the days that are not my heavy cardio. I sit & watch Murder She Wrote which I love. I have a Roku box set up w/ my t.v. & Netflix. I just do a peddler (not sure what to call it.) It has no seat. I just sit in my Lazyboy & peddle. I actualy got this form a thrift store.
