At least I haven't gain the 10 lbs. back.

I just looked at the date I started on this site. It has been 6 years. No, I haven't lost all the weight I have "wished" for, but at least I have kept 10 lbs. off. This is a positive in my side.

My Goals:
To be able to fit in my nice clothes again! I had normal weight until I was 35, since then it has been a constant struggle to stay within a healthy weight.


My Program:
No more slacking. Take charge of what I put in my mouth and compliment with daily exercise.



Personal Information:
I am originally from Colombia, but have lived in Florida for 20+years. I have 4 daugthers who all are the same age for the first 9 days in March.


Other Information:
My hobbies are Geocaching, Scuba Diving, Ceramics, Scrapbooking, biking and motorcycle riding and cake decoration.
I also think that eventhough I like dogs, cats are the ultimate pets.

I just read your comment on how stretching should count for something in the Fitness Tracker. I agree! I finally just made up my own "Stretch Package" of exercises and assigned an appropriate calorie count to it based on how many minutes I stretch, figuring 10 calories for every 5 minutes (since SP assigns 14 calories/5 minutes of strength training). I've no way of knowing how accurate that is, but at least it gives me a feeling of accomplishment, tracking my stretching time!

PLEASE let me know if you get any useful responses or find out any guidelines on this!
