Try and Try again

I did it once before and now I need to again! I went from 275 down to 200 then became pregnant and through the pregnancy I did really well but afterward I just couldnt figure out when time for myself fit in. My child is now 3 and I am demanding the time for me to work on myself. I am back to 278 and I am having some difficulty physically and am down on myself mentally but no more, time to get up and make the change...again.

My Goals:
To take it one day at a time to reach my ultimate goal by reaching small weekly goals till I get there.

My Program:
I am tracking calories to make sure my portions and food choices are in line with my goals and also duing Zumba for exercise 3x per week. I am also trying to get out for more walks or just to play with my child.

Other Information:
The only way you won't reach your goals is if you quit trying.
