Update, I'm 51 now.

It's never to late to be the person you were meant to be.

Even if you can't physically see the results in front of you, every single effort is changing your body from the inside. Never get discouraged.

My Goals:
Get to a healthy weight, and feel great!
Little goal: loose another 10 pounds.
First big goal:160

Second big goal: 140

Big long time goal:
125

Loose 1/2 pound a week so that it's fat loss.

My Program:
Getting back to basics. Tracking calories in and calories burned. Use fitbit zip to track calories burn. My daily goals with it are 11000 steps and 2000 calories burned. My eating is at least 95% clean. Don't deny my self anything, just make a decision when faced with some thing high calorie or not healthy - do I really want it. Is it worth it. (usually it's not)

Other Information:
It's never to late to be the person you were meant to be.

Hi! Just added you as a buddy. I think I need more buddies for more motivation. I walk twice daily with my golden lab rain or shine, sleet or snow, hot or cold. I'm trying to drastically reduce the amount of wheat I eat. (Wheat belly diet sort of) It's about changing my lifestyle:) emoticon
