I will reward myself at 167lbs - (20lbs lost) a Sheath Dress from Talbots
I will reward myself at 157lbs - (30lbs lost) a burgundy bathing suit, slippers, wrap ect. for a day trip to one of the Cays.
I have formulated a Lifetime eating and exercise strategy that I can LIVE with... end of story... now to start the story... I need to lose 20-30lbs.
My first goal is to move out of the 180's and since I've finally figured out what works for me I am going to do it "MY WAY". I have customized a healthy moderate carb eating plan and exercising at least 3 times a week

I will be tracking my eating with my Ipod touch, using loseit app, and I will use Sparkpeople website to stay motivated!!!t
I intend to burn at least 500 calories a week. (May seem like such a little but every calorie count and I hate to exercise)
