Back to Healthy Living
Poor habits have kicked me in the butt and now I have to stop kidding myself and get fit. So here I am on SparkPeople again having regained what I lost and lose what I regained. So it is back to healthy living--which for me is eating healthy whole foods and reasonable exercise. My Goals:
My overall goal is to eat healthy, get stronger and lose weight. I'm on Smart Coach so I need to make my goals specific. Get to 168 pounds, be able to hold strong yoga positions for as long as Barbara B. in her video I would like to find a new love for fruits and vegetables. I will reach these goals, and be there on June 21, 2014. My first step is to lose 10% of my weight and be able to hold through two Sun Salutations and my goal is to have met this by May 1, 2013.
My Program:
My eating plan is healthy, whole and homemade. For exercise I want to make sure I get out to walk four or five times a week or do biking outside. I will be using Spark and other DVD's for cardio workouts and strength/generak exercises. For strength, flexiblity and general well being, I will practice Yoga.

I have a blog about sustainable living in the suburbs, slow cloth ie. weaving, handspinning, knitting nd other fiber crafts. It can be found at http://craftsteader.blogspot.com/
Other Information:
I love to garden, be outside but I also do a lot of crafts, like weaving, which keep me inside. I'm glad my house is sunny!
