I'm dong great thanks for asking... I had a lapse a week back or so and gained back 2 of the 8 lbs i had lost but i'm back on track and going strong!!

Oh my gosh I'm right there with ya! I didn't lose ANYTHING last week! Grr I was so frustrated! But then I took my measurements (which I didn't do at the beginning) my measurements normally are crazy high and the tape measure used to not even be able to fit around my hips but this time it did so that made me feel good. Have you been working out or going to the gym cause you could just be gaining muscle instead of maintaining fat ya know. I'm HOPING that is what's going on with me. lol but yea I totally have been feeling frustrated about not seeing the numbers on the scale go down. I have a digital scale so I was like... DUDE this thing MUST BE BROKEN!!!! It was quite a spectacle, was takin the batteries out and weighing myself multiple times hoping that the scale was malfunctioning in some way.... it wasn't lol! But keep up the good work!!!! I know you can do it! emoticon
