well it's starting to be a bit annoying but by asking a question there i got my current job. and no, i wasn't asking abt a job lol I asked where i could post my Budapest articles :) and i got asked to write some samples and i got hired as freelancer then full time writer. I used to be member of getafreelancer.com but the payment is LOUSY! the projects suck, although you do build a network and experience. I'd say to sing up on LinkedIn and ask a question abt freelancing sites and see what ppl recommend. it's better to hear from others like you. Leave me a SparkMail if you want to talk more abt it ;)
it's actually really easy. just sign up wt a free freelancing website and start posting offers for projects. it's lousy pay in the beginning but as you build a network it will get better. are you on Linkedin? [it's a professional network]
my employer found out that i have double qualification in the area I work after they employed me lol the skills were more important than the papers [although i do have both experience in tourism business and a masters in the same area]. Ever tried to freelance?[ i used to freelance for 2.5 yrs b4 i started to work full time].
