My goals are to lose weight (of course) but most importantly to make healthy life changes so I don't have to continue fighting the same fight for the next 20 years. There are 365 days to the year, and I don't want to be fat for all of them or regret that I haven't worked on losing this weight.

I recommend you also do the FATLOSERS.COM free program - become mentally tough and succeed!

One week later - I think I have had an ephiphany about myself - I think I have not lost the weight even though I know how to do it because I am too lazy and I have given myself permission to me lazy in this area. Now, laziness is not something I find attractive so it is hard to admit this but maybe this is a clue. There may be more. So now I have to get my lazy butt out the door and get with it!

Retired in November 2010 and decided it is time to put my health first in my life. Not all the other stress that is so distracting, work, family issues, bills etc.
Love Gardening - Can't wait for spring and summer to get here!
