No more Okie Pokie. Ready to look and feel Okie Dokie!
In the last 3 years I have managed to gain over 40 pounds. I have lost weight, and gained it right back. I want to lose all I have gained plus a few extra, and keep it off! I am ready to make some significant lifestyle changes. I live in Oklahoma, but I am from Kansas originally (K-State Grad). I am married, no kids, two dogs and 3 cats.
