Need Motivation!!
I'm from Delaware and I'm a stay at home mom of 2 kids- almost 2 year old girl and 4 month old boy. I've always been overweight, but was never that concerned about it until I held onto the baby weight. After my daughter was born, the weight just fell off. I weigh 195 now and have tried to lose weight but the scale won't budge!! I've heard that losing weight is 80% what you eat, and 20% exercise. I've cut back to 1300 calories a day, but it seems like I really need to exercise. It's hard to get ...

My Goals:
I need to lose weight! I want to be able to run around with my kids and I want to be more attractive to my husband!
My Program:
I cut back my calories to around 1300 a day. I try to add veggies and beans to every lunch and dinner. My downfall is exercising! I hate it! I have no energy taking care of 2 kids all day. My son won't sit in a stroller. I'm hoping to start mall walking soon.
