Thanks for the add. I have added you as a friend as well. I have been MYI for a while now but it is 2012 and it is my year to get this body right. I have come a long way but I have not got to where I want to be. We can and will do this LEGGO
I had a wonderful Christmas, so much food and I really enjoyed spending time with my family. I hope yours was a festive one as well.
When you're ready to start working out, I say experiment and find something that you like to do and will most likely stick to in the long run. I fell in love with Zumba right away, because I love to dance. I was able to shed almost 30 pounds from doing it, so it definitely works if you stick with it. Now I'm mixing things up and trying a few new types of exercises on the Xbox, since I tend to get bored easily with workouts. If you have access to a treadmill, you can start with walking for 20 or 30 minutes. Don't feel like you have to start out big...just take it slow and build your endurance up. Even 10 minutes of exercise several times a week is great. Maybe you have some exercise DVD's at home that you haven't used in awhile, or maybe some family or friends have some that you can borrow. I am constantly exchanging DVD's with family and friends so that I'm not buying a bunch of stuff.
