My Goals:
i want to be in the best shape I can be by my 40th birthday in June. Have lost 20lbs in since July 2009 and am back down to a 32-inch waist. Want to lose an additional 7 more pounds.

My Program:
I work out 5 days a week first thing in the morning (5am).

Monday - Upper Body
Tuesday - Cardio
Wednesday - Lower Body
Thursday - Cardio
Friday - Upper Body
