WELCOME to my sparkpage!!!
I'm getting back into shape after having babies! I want to feel better, not so lethargic and sick! I'd love to be able to run again or at least keep up with my wonderfully energetic kids!
It's all about getting healthy, loving myself, and putting myself first so that I have enough to share with my family and friends!
Current goal: Right now just to get more than 4 hours of sleep a night!
Next goal: Get regular exercise.

My immediate goal is get active and eat better. I will make permanent, healthy changes.
Within the next year (by September, 2009) I will lose 40 lbs., look better, feel better, and have the energy I need to keep up with my kids!
1. Cardio workout 30-45 minutes, 6 times a week. That includes walking, running, stairs, aerobics, dancing, and yoga.
2. Strength train 90 minutes a week.
3. Eat 4-5 small, nutritious meals and drink at least 8 glasses h2o a day.
Includes lots of greens, flax, fiber, and small amounts of lean protein.
4. Meditate everyday even if it's for one minute.
5. Keep Balance!
6. Go bike riding as a family.
My rewards for goals met:

25 lbs. - pedicure & new yoga mat
30 lbs. - new book
35 lbs. - massage
40 lbs. - new outfit, new hair color, and flowers!!!
