Instead of giving myself reasons why I can't, I give myself reasons why I can.

My Goals:
In the long run I would like to lose around 142 lbs, which would but me at 200 lbs. For my short term/weekly goal I would like to lose about 2-5 lbs a week. Hopefully, by July 1 I will be less than 300 lbs. Also, I would like to be able to run/walk a 5k by May 5th. Also, I have come to enjoy trail riding and my ultimate goal is to ride the Chickasaw Trace 8 mile loop without stopping at every hill. Goals Start Weight: 342 1) 10% -308 () 2) 20% - 274 () 3) 30% - 240 () 4) 40% - 205Goal
My Program:
Well, I joined Weight Watchers at the beginning of 2010, but it’s been a slow process. Keeping track of points is a little boring, but since I started keeping track of my food on Sparkpeople.com it has been easier to keep track of my points. Also, my wife and I both have started eating healthier and cooking dinners at home. We have a subscription to a magazine called Clean Eating, so we try recipes out of it every week. On the exercises front, I really have not been doing to much, but I have started working out more then I have in a long time. I have started swimming and riding my bike, so it’s been a fun process. Hopefully, I can start doing more cardio during the week.
