Watch the animals and creatures out there in the wild, they all thrive to improve there natural, inherited skills - we, in drastic opposite, tend to wast all we've inherited from thousands of generations before us. So, WAKE UP - CHANGE YOUR BAD HABITS - START MOVING AND NEVER STOP !!! MY RULES FOR 2009: - Eat at least 3 servings of fresh seasonal fruits every day - Try to completely cut and avoid calorie-dense food - Get a minimum total of 49 hours of sleep a week - Do 5x more outdoor for every minute of indoor activity/exercise - Set an appointment schedule for all exercises each week - Weigh myself by the end of each week - Run a minimum of 1500 miles (1300 miles last year) - Bike a minimum of 1000 miles (820 miles last year) - Participate in at least 10 running contests this year. - Try to run one full Marathon - Participate in one Sprint-Triathlon (0.47 mi swim, 12.4 mi bike, 3.1 mi run)
