Your coming clean is cleansing. Good for you. I'm getting into the groove and next week will start cutting back. Just working on squat challenge, running/walking 4 days a week, tracking food, drinking water (added the squat challenge 5 days ago). Next up is staying in my calorie range.
Goal: 5 pounds. 15 is ambitious. After I get to 5, then I'll add 5 more. Baby steps for me. :) 1156 days ago
