Your coming clean is cleansing. Good for you. I'm getting into the groove and next week will start cutting back. Just working on squat challenge, running/walking 4 days a week, tracking food, drinking water (added the squat challenge 5 days ago). Next up is staying in my calorie range.

Hi! I'm not exactly sure why the fans make my pain worse, but often so does the air conditioning. And the humidity in Chicago. So either summer hates me or I just THINK certain things make it worse but really I just hurt all the time. I do know other people with arthritis say the same thing, so my guess is the draftiness.
Also, I have a flat tire on my bike this morning, and since it's the second since Friday, this means it was indeed a piece of the tire tread that I suspected, so I'm on the (hated) train this morning to work, and this is the only day this week I get to ride in with my husband because of his schedule! Plus I'm getting a headache, so I am really cursing Mondays right now! I sure hope yours is off to a better start. Thanks for letting me whine for a minute! 1221 days ago
