Thank you for the add and for the compliments! I was seeing you were unsure why your weight came on, but had some thoughts of how it is connected to what happened...you are correct! Stress! Stress will do it. If you are eating the same, exercising the same, then stress in our lives can add weight. I deal with health issues and a lot of stress in life and so I see my weight bounce all over and get stuck after a rapid raise and then see it drop when life and health level outs. Being aware of this goes a long way to helping get the weight off again and back to a level, manageable weight. Just take it one day at a time, one meal and one bit of exercise at a time.
