Walking Off the Pies

Welcome to my walking blog! This year I am going to attempt the Lancashire Coastal Way! My walks are mostly based around Lancaster, and I like to find unusual places, new pubs and cafes, and paddle or swim where I can.

I do a Rosemary Conley fitness class most weeks but I love walking best so I need to make more time for this too.

Recently I was looking through a local rambling log book from 1930, all written up in beautiful longhand. Nothing much has changed - they were still in search of the next teashop and trying to guess the weather. It makes me feel glad I'm recording my adventures somehow, even if it's only interesting to me!

Hi
All ok here I see consultant on sept 25 about my next foot op hopefully he will do it over the winter when I don't go very far.
Ian off work still with hands problem we saw his consultant last week and are waiting to be sent for electric conductive tests on his hand but it could be white finger or carpel tunnel in both hands we will just have to wait and see
