Don't Give Up What You Want Most for What You Want Right Now
Ok, let's see... I have been a member of Spark People for over three years now. I am not the success story you are hoping to find. I have gained weight since I joined. Of course, this is not SP's fault. It is all on me. I have not followed the program consistently. That is changing NOW. I've started tracking and I'm exercising regularly again. I would like to lose 80 pounds. That would get me under 200, which has not happened since 2001. I am 31, live in ...
Ok, let's see... I have been a member of Spark People for over three years now. I am not the success story you are hoping to find. I have gained weight since I joined. Of course, this is not SP's fault. It is all on me. I have not followed the program consistently. That is changing NOW. I've started tracking and I'm exercising regularly again. I would like to lose 80 pounds. That would get me under 200, which has not happened since 2001. I am 31, live in Iowa and work and volunteer as a counselor as well as a youth director at my church. I enjoy my life and am looking forward to figuring out this last piece of the puzzle that bring unhappiness at times. -Updated 1/31/12

My Goals:
My ultimate number goal is 190. I do not know if this is possible, and I would be thrilled if I it 190. I would like to start thinking like a healthy person.
My Program:
I am tracking my calories every day. I am not perfect at this, but it's about progress, not perfection. I am also exercising daily. I take yoga classes and for cardio, I walk, do Zumba, and play my Wii.
