caloriffic!

I'm an active girl who just can't seem to keep the weight off. Maybe it's my family's home cooking, or my denial of the scale, but I'm ready to make some changes with my body. I used to play competitive soccer and didn't realize until now that I was in tip top shape. I was muscular and had awesome endurance. Now, most of my muscle tone has gone and I lack energy all day... but SP seems like it will help motivate me to have a healthier and happier life!

Hi, I saw you on the tofu thread and figured I would check out your pge and what you are all about. I smiled when I saw that you played soccer. I did too, for almost 5 years. I certainly miss it. That's the trouble with "aging out."
You are a lovely person and have some great goals to look forward to reaching! Good luck!!

hey - thanks for the post - as for the tips, i miss organized sports, and i definately miss the kind of shape i was in while i was participating in them, so i keep myself determined by reminding myself that i've been at my goal before, and i can do it again, and even better, because i'm my own coach this time and i can focus my attention entirely on myself. try forcing yourself to run/swim one more lap each workout or do 2 more reps per exercise, just small things to push yourself. you can do this!!!
