Thanks! And, Sally Field? Only in my recent picture? Try my WHOLE LIFE! LOL! She's not only a talented actress but a person of character - and kinda cute - so, it's a flattering comparison.

I highly recommend Sharon Draper's "Copper Sun." You will find it in the YA fiction section of the library or bookstore. My bookclub will be discussing it later this afternoon.

I am at home right now but will head in to work later. I had to take the day off to go with my husband. He had to have an MRI this morning as the dr suspects he may had had a mini-stroke last week. Keep him in your prayers!

Thanks for the words of encouragement on my sparkpage. Easter is tomorrow and we are having a big dinner here. I won't go overboard, but I will allow myself to enjoy a bit of everything. We have to work healthy eating into our life - not work our life around healthy eating, right?

Finished "Double Cross" by Patterson and also a YA book by Sharon Draper - "Copper Sun." It is a great read! It's historical fiction about two fifteen-year-old girls in SC in 1738. One is a slave, the other is a white indentured servant. They have misconceptions about each other, of course, but overcome them and run away to save their lives. Although I don't usually read historical fiction, I really enjoyed this one.
