My name is Hannah, and I'm 19 years old. I was born and raised in Lincolnshire, but now live in Gloucester with my boyfriend and my hamster Simba, we got him in October 2008, we've added a new addition to the family in the shape of Guthrie, a long haired Syrian who we bought in September 2009.

There is allot of health issues in my family, nearly all related or exacerbated by weight problems. Heart attacks, strokes, deep vein thrombosis and high blood pressure. I don't want to go down that road.

I have a wonderful boyfriend. We've been together since January 1st 2008, and we plan to be together for the rest of our lives. We're young, but we've been through so much and know we have what it takes to make it work.

Exercise plans include Couch to 5k (I'm becoming a runner, blooming heck!) Wii Fit, EA Active and an assortment of exercise DVDs. I currently have Davina Superbody Work Out, Biggest Looser Calorie Burner (Australia) Biggest Looser Power Sculpt and Jilian Micheals 30 day shred, as well as using Youtube, exercisetv.tv and the Spark People vids.

Food related goals:
Eat fruit whenever I feel like a sweet snack
5 pieces of Fruit or veg a day
8 big glasses of water a day

The boyfriend has offered me a mini break (our first holiday together) to Europe when I'm at goal weight. As we're British and work in stones and pounds I receive a new clue every time I reach a 0!

My Goals:
I want to be able to exercise with my boyfriend, I don't want to be the standard "fat one" among my friends, I want to feel more attractive and healthier.

My Program:
Eating healthy meals,
Eating 3 meals a day (I used to skip which is bad)
Aim to exercise at least once a day

Personal Information:
18 (nearly 19) living between Gloucester and Lincolnshire (parents) mad Welsh boyfriend. 1st year Uni Student, panics about exams!

Other Information:
I love comdey shows on TV, especially British Comedy but am also a fan of Flight Of The Concords, Rick and Steve etc.

Animal mad, Currently owned by a hamster.

Loves Music, any kind but hates dancing!

Also a Knitter, Spinner, attempted crochet-er and an attempting artist.
