Hi, Thanks for adding me as a friend, you remind me of when I started as your beginning weight is the same as I was. Don't try to bite off more than you can chew. Make small changes at first such as adding more water to your day. Then add something difficult like squats, a lot of people hate them but they provide great results the more you do them. By the way, they never get easy but the squats will slim and firm your thighs and butt.....good luck and I will try and check on you from time to time.;) 2396 days ago

About your work outs...are you able to get it in before work? I absolutely know that I can't commit to working out as many evenings as I would need to, so I get up at 4am and work out before leaving home for work, and then I squeeze in 2 evenings during the week. I hate getting up that early 4 days out of the week, but I knew I had to make that sacrifice to get it in, or I'd stay this weight for another 10 yrs...definitely not doing that! Lol..
