Trying Not To Feel Discouraged....

I keep telling myself that I didn't put on this 40 lbs. overnight, so why do I expect it to come off quickly... I guess I just have to keep my nose to the grindstone and stay focused.

My Goals:
To lose my baby weight and to stop most of my bad habits...

My Program:
I'm going to two-a-days at least twice a week to get that damned scale moving... My metabolism must be non-existent...!!! ARgh!

Personal Information:
I'm originally from California, but I've been living here in AZ, since the end of 2006. I'm a new Mommy and am loving it!

Other Information:
I'm starting back school to finish my prerequisites to be an RN next year. I'm more determined than ever to get into my new profession for me and my daughter.

Thanks for adding me as a friend, you remind me of when I started as your beginning weight is the same as I was. Don't try to bite off more than you can chew. Make small changes at first such as adding more water to your day. Then add something difficult like squats, a lot of people hate them but they provide great results the more you do them. By the way, they never get easy but the squats will slim and firm your thighs and butt.....good luck and I will try and check on you from time to time.;)

Hey. Good to hear from you. Glad that you had a nice Easter...it's always fun to watch the little one hunt for those eggs :-)

About your work outs...are you able to get it in before work? I absolutely know that I can't commit to working out as many evenings as I would need to, so I get up at 4am and work out before leaving home for work, and then I squeeze in 2 evenings during the week. I hate getting up that early 4 days out of the week, but I knew I had to make that sacrifice to get it in, or I'd stay this weight for another 10 yrs...definitely not doing that! Lol..

Maybe that'll work for you?? :-)
