Hey lady. Congrats on what you were able to lose, even w/o working out..that's great! :-) So just imagine what will happen when you incorporate your workouts back in the plan!!! And yeah, you're right...even taking the stairs and the walking at lunch will be a benefit to you. So just do what you can do!
and yeah if you do decide to get up before work, getting up at 3:30 will give you 7 hrs of sleep (going to bed at 8:30) because I know I TRY my best to get in by 9 (most times it's more like 9:30) to get up at 4.
