Just Want To Do It Right
I guess one of the main things about me to know is that I have been struggling to lose the 30 pounds I put on about three years ago due to a stressful personal situation. When it comes to this sort of thing,I don't ever give up,even when I'm falling off the wagon which is often. If you don't at least try to go after your goals you will never reach them. That's an important lesson I am trying to teach myself.
So just for today....TODAY....I'm doing it right. Peacelove. M.

My Program:
1.Do at least one Denise Austin or Tae Bo video every day I can.
2. Drink TONS of water.
3. Only eat healthy snacks.
Personal Information:
I'm from Okc. but live in NC and miss home so much but WILL be going back once I get my CNA certification. I have a five year old daughter who is the sole joy of my life.
Other Information:
I love swimming in the ocean at night when the moon is full. I love to write/read dark prose and poetry. I'm told my work is very "haunting" and I absolutely adore that description. LOL! I also make beaded jewelry when I have the time and money.
