My name is Freedom, I'm 35, soon to be 36 and a stay at home mom to 3 beautiful kids. I've been away for a long time but now I'm back, trying to get my health back! I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in January, and I have chosen not to take disease modifying drugs. I also have Fibromyalgia(FMS) which makes it very difficult for me to exercise to get the weight off. I am currently obsessed with learning how to live *truly* healthy. I thought the spark diet was healthy, but I've found out otherwise. Being truly healthy means getting back to nature and eating only what "God" gave us. absolutely no artificial products, no dairy, no processed foods and no refined sugars. You would be surprised, at how many "natural" foods sold in stores have unnatural stuff in them. I read each and every label of the products I pick up. My Goals:
Wow I should've updated a long time ago. The spark diet wasnt working for me. I lost those initial water lbs but then I gained 2 back. I stuck to it religiously for 2 mos. with exercise and only lost .5 inch. I *generally* work out 6 times/week, and I'm sticking to a totally natural diet that no longer includes, refined sugars, dairy, or processed foods. It's delicious! I'm learning to cook all over again and have a new appreciation of the food I'm eating. I feel like a better mother too knowing I'm feeding my children only healthy nutritious meals, and especially enjoy making them totally healthy homemade breakfast from scratch. Made with whole grains and fresh fruit. It's much better than filling them up on sugary cereals every morning before school.

My Program:
Eating REAL healthy foods(not what most people think are healthy, but what is ACTUALLY healthy) Exercise a min. of 3-4 x's per week, but want to get 6 days a week. 6 days of cardio, 3 days of pilates, yogo or other strength training.

    Hope you're doing great....I loved your comment about the sugar substitutes....I'm researching as well cuz a friend told me about Stevia... and how naturaI it is... I also was checking your blog! so i'm adding you as friend so I can check it on regular basis....

    I have a 2 year old nephew that live with us and I certainly want it to eat naturally and love.i t.. so i'm checking on your tips.... for kids! emoticon
