My Program:
 I track everything that I eat and work out at least 5 days a week. I like to walk on the treadmill, the elliptical, or do zumba!

I don't know about you, but I am struggling to develop a belief in myself. I think that's probably true of many of us here on Spark due to past life experiences and interactions. I think we should all repeat "I believe in myself and I deserve to reach my goals" to ourselves frequently!
