My Goals:
-Lose 100 pounds. -Run a 5k -Run a 10K -Run a marathon -Workout 6 days a week -Check in with Sparkpeople everyday. -Gain 1000 fitness minutes every month. -Drink 8oz of water everyday. -Take multi-vitamin and fish oil everyday -Eat 1300-1700 calories a day. -Read one book a month.
My Program:
I pretty much just pick 3 meals that spark people choses for me and eat them everyday for the week. When the new week comes, I pick out three new meals. It keeps me in calorie range and saves money from having to buy so many different foods. I also work out 6 times a week. I do Power 90 six days and the C25K running program 3 days.
