It's not WILL power, it's WANT power... How bad do you want it!
My reasons for starting this process over 3 years ago were to lose weight for health reasons. Now that I am out of the woods, I want to continue doing it for me. I feel better with who I am becoming and now that I am more than half way there, I really love how strong my body has become. Update 2012: Dealing with overuse injuries and am not allowed to workout. Need to find a way to make my food intake work, especially since at this time am getting no burn. ...

Disappointingly, I have gained back some of the weight I lost, but I am committed to getting my health back and lose my excess weight for good! Update: I am only half-way toward my goal, but at the same time am really happy with my achievements and the person I have become. The habits I've acquired help me with my exercising and also to eat better. April 29, 2011 update: This last year has not been the easiest for me for various reasons. I guess I am not alone when I say that turning 40 is big, but comes with it's own baggage. My promise to myself is about making this year better! Getting over the plateau, losing the weight, but mainly feeling a heck of a lot better about myself and taking steps to make it happen! So the tracker is reset and I am on my way...
