Just checking in to see how your doing ? Take one day at a time, and 1 lb. at a time Try to weigh yourself once a week & not more. It can get too discouraging. Try some chair exercises, just take it easy with your disc problem. H20 exercises might even be good for you.Way less stress on joints etc. Just check with Dr. first. You can do this !!! hi Wanda, Sorry I haven't written. I guess I've just been feeling sorry for myself. It seems that the harder I'm trying to lose this weight the more I gain. I weighed in last week and I had gained 10 more pounds. I don't know how. Thats a total of 30 lbs. since Dec. when I started this stupid medicine. I just don't know what to do to lose it. Now I have to go on Saturday for bloodwork and a sonagram on my upper abdomen. The dr. seems to think I have either a peptic ulcer or gallbladder problems. I personally think their gong to find a large hernia. I already have a small one. Whatever it iswhen I bend over or stretch any I can feel something pull and whatever it is , is under my ribs and feels like its pushing upward with a lot of gas in there. Sometimes I wonder if having that RAI has been worth it. I guess it has but I just tired of feeling bad all the time. I need some encouragement. 3300 days ago
