IT'S NOW OR NEVER
I am desperate and I do not know what to do. I am out of control.
I know that I need help.
I am bulimic, depressed and very unhappy. I just stay in the house all day. I have let my obsession with food and TV rule my life. I do not do the things that I want to do. I know that I need professional help. I am just to ashamed to get it. I hide my behavior from the people in my life. I have high hopes that sparkpeople can help.
