The HRM has added a whole new twist to my cardio. I thought I was working hard- key word- thought....but when I strapped on the HRM I saw that I was only in the 130's versus 150-160ish. I ramped up the speed on the treadmill and wow- do I feel the pain today- major lactic acid build up :)
I've bumped up my weights to 10's on Jillian's DVD's and am doing 15's with Gunnar's ab assault. I am most happy with the latter because I feel the burn in the lower abs- so I know those muscles are being worked hard.
Stop being so hard on yourself. You did not get to where you were overnight and the form isn't going to look hot overnight. We are all works in progress. I need to get the camera out and take some pics. Wish I had a before- I'm starting to see some definition- sadly all the loose skin and stretchmarks take way from the progress... 2416 days ago
Jessica,thanks but do you see that fat pouring over my shorts? lol. I'm going to buy TJ today. I'm pumped girl! I think I'm just stuck in a rut and my body isnt responding too well to the same ole same ole. Ugg!
