I'm 30 pounds fatter!!!

I'm Kelly. A married Mother of 4. 2 daughters..17 and 13. Twin Boys' who are 6.

4 kids',bad eating and drinking habits along with no exercise..has left my body..well,uh..not too pleasant looking. I am at my heaviest that I've been.. NOT pregnant :) I used to go through a 12 pack of Mountain Dew in 2 days. A ...

I was the "binge" dieter. Not eating,popping diet pills,and smoking up to 2 packs of cigarettes a day.

My Goals:
~Stop smoking(done..Oct. 17,2009)

I want to be the one who runs down our country road in nothing but cute shorts and a sports bra without any jiggles.

My Program:
~ I drink tons of water and zero Gatorade.
~Multi vitamin and fish oil.
Lifting weights and doing classes at the gym that incorporate weights into the routine. I want to be BUILT.

If you wanna know-just ask! I love meeting new people from all over. We all have to start somewhere.

Other Information:
Our family likes: 4wheeling,vacations,
Supercross,monster trucks and rv camping.

We really love Tennessee,Cancun and Myrtle Beach!

The HRM has added a whole new twist to my cardio. I thought I was working hard- key word- thought....but when I strapped on the HRM I saw that I was only in the 130's versus 150-160ish. I ramped up the speed on the treadmill and wow- do I feel the pain today- major lactic acid build up :)

I've bumped up my weights to 10's on Jillian's DVD's and am doing 15's with Gunnar's ab assault. I am most happy with the latter because I feel the burn in the lower abs- so I know those muscles are being worked hard.

Stop being so hard on yourself. You did not get to where you were overnight and the form isn't going to look hot overnight. We are all works in progress. I need to get the camera out and take some pics. Wish I had a before- I'm starting to see some definition- sadly all the loose skin and stretchmarks take way from the progress...

Jessica,thanks but do you see that fat pouring over my shorts? lol. I'm going to buy TJ today. I'm pumped girl! I think I'm just stuck in a rut and my body isnt responding too well to the same ole same ole. Ugg!
