My Goals:
I have a brown dress hanging on my wall. My goal is to wear that dress the last day of school in June, 2009. I used to run and am starting again. My goal is to run a 5k by the end of June, 2009.

My Program:
I workout at Curves three days a week. I also was walking three days a week. I am transitioning that into running. With the weather changing and the daylight fading, I am moving that indoors to run on the treadmill. My goal is three mile runs three times a week by Christmas.

I just read your intro on the Portland team thread. Did you do the Turkey Trot? This was my third year in a row & love it!

I'm definitely liking that there are other ways to measure my progress. Because the scale has never been that nice to me! lol =)

thanks for visiting my page! actually I am getting back into running(after knee surgery) and the half walk/1/2 jog tuned into a full on jog the whole way the other day! so for a month I have been doing the 2 miles very cautiously at 40 minutes.So I finally did it under 30 Minutes yesterday:)So NOW that I have 10 Minutes more at least to fill in the morning I can add some more distance.Keep On running! You'll be able to do a 5K no problem come June!
