Wanting Different- Doing Different
Have lost twenty pounds with a local Move-It Lose It Challenge. Now it is time to transition what I have learned and keep going. This is the first time in MANY years that I have had less than 100 pounds to lose, and I want to lose it for my granddaughter, to look better for my husband, and to be a healthier me!

My Goals:
I am trying to consistently lose 2 pounds a week at this time. The choices that I make are the ones that I hope that I can live with long term.
My Program:
I have increased my exercise by trying to move daily whether at home, the YMCA, or the community. I am faithfully tracking my good on the nutrition tracker. I am trying to consistently increase my protein and lower 'white' carbs. I am trying to remind myself I am worth it and it is achievable.
