I'm so happy to hear from you. Forgive yourself and start fresh. Make a BLOG entry and say "Starting ANEW." That book is really wonderful, as he gets to the heart of stress eating. I'm also reading "I CAN MAKE YOU THIN" by Paul McKenna and listening to his CD to help change my MIND. The CD is good because he "talks" to you about changing and I was so relaxed I just went off to sleep listening to him, but I DID wake up as he ended it, which was really funny to me. I'm going to listen to it each day as I need all the help I can get!

I'm reading "SHRINK YOURSELF" by ROGER GOULD, M.D. on stopping emotional eating. He says that unless we learn to control stress, we can never control our weight. That is why 95% of people lose weight and gain it back again. It is a book well worth reading.
