My Goals:
I'd like to lose 1-2 pounds per week. Eating real foods and getting some exercise. In this for the long haul.

My Program:
I need to track daily and exercise at least 3-4 times per week to start out with. I want to become a runner. (Or jogger).

Completed 5K walking program.
1st 5K: 55:10 on 7/5/13.

Next, I'll do the Rookie Running program.

I love smoothies for breakfast. I am trying to get more sleep, too.
