Here I am!

In 2011 I lost 20 lbs. I have gained some back. I want to get back into it and continue toward the goal I had for myself. The first 20 came off so easily. Sometimes I am totally motivated and sometimes I want to say, "This is too hard. Just let me be!"

Physically, I'm looking forward to looking better in my clothes. But health wise, I'd like to get off of my cholesterol meds, not hear my knee pop/creak/whatever it does when I walk up steps. I'd like to be more active ...

1. Walk in charity walks.

2. Watch my portions.

3. Track what I eat at that moment not later on.

4. More physical activity.

My Program:
1. Snacking on fruits & veggies.

2. Not eat after 8 pm.

3. Exercise daily.

4. No sugar! That one's hard.

5. No starch.

6. Protein at every meal.

I'm married, have two children and live in Pittsburgh. I am, also, a fifth grade teacher. I enjoy dancing, cooking, and reading.
