Ive been reading books on vegetarianism, and am really excited about the health benefits.

Thank you for reading and responding to my blog.

I think we do have to have that all or nothing mentality sometimes or it would be harder to dream big. It just has to be tempered with a dose of realism at times.

Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog. Looks like you did a 5K, in reading some of your blogs. The 5K itself would not be too much for me, I've done 5K lots of times, but I just couldn't keep up with the training schedule due to my work schedule. It's dark when I leave and dark when I come home. Although I walk up to 5 miles a day using Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home DVD's, I didn't want to use those for training for my 5K. I'm hoping to tackle it again in the spring when the days are longer.

Best wishes on your journey.
