I am a 44 year old mother to two beautiful daughters, age 15 and 11. I married my high school sweetheart. I was born and raised in Boston, MA, but now call Spartanburg, SC my home.

I am an Accountant, and I love my job. However, sitting on my butt all day, is not a good idea. I am making a conscious effort walk at least 10,000 steps a day as well as track my food intake.

Looking forward to the journey to becoming a healthier me.
